At Seafolly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swimwear; if your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene stickers in place.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn items with all original packaging and labels into a mailing satchel to ensure they are protected during transit.

Label and Post

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
